FAQ

common questions.

Everything you need to know before getting started.

What's the difference between launchpad, ignition, liftoff and b&h+?
launchpad is strategy only - a one-off engagement that gives you a complete marketing and sales plan. ignition is a build-your-own toolkit where you pick the services you need and your team runs them. liftoff is our set menu - a fixed campaign package fully delivered by us. b&h+ is liftoff amplified, with SEO, a strategy workshop and an AI workflow build added on top.
Do I need to do launchpad before I can do liftoff?
No, though we recommend it. launchpad is included within b&h+ and can be added to any campaign. Without it you can still run liftoff - we build a strategy session into the campaign setup - but launchpad goes significantly deeper.
How quickly will marketing start generating leads?
Early indicators typically appear within 60 to 90 days - LinkedIn engagement, email open rates, initial inbound enquiries. Meaningful pipeline impact usually builds from month 3 to 6 as content authority grows and nurture sequences warm up prospects over time.
Is recruitment marketing worth it for a small agency?
Yes. In fact smaller agencies often see proportionally faster results because their market is more targeted and their sales cycle is more direct. Our liftoff product is designed specifically for SME recruitment agencies - most of our clients are in the 5 to 50 person range.
How is this different from hiring an in-house marketing person?
Hiring a marketing manager costs £50k+ per year before NI, pension and tools. That buys you one person with one skill set. liftoff at £1,850 per month gives you a full team - strategists, content writers, email marketers, designers and a Customer Success Executive - for around 70% less than the cost of a single hire.
What sectors do you work with?
We work exclusively with recruitment agencies, across all sectors - technology, healthcare, engineering, finance, construction, executive search, industrial, education and more. Every member of our team understands the recruitment industry, which means you never have to explain how your business works.
