FAQ

the honest answers.

Everything you need to know before getting started.

What is launchpad and who is it for?
Launchpad is our strategy product - the only published-scope strategy product in recruitment marketing. It's a one-off, six-week engagement for recruitment agencies without a structured marketing plan. We define your ICP, sharpen your positioning, audit your tech and brand, and build a campaign strategy aligned to revenue, with a 30/60/90-day roadmap to actually run it.
What do I actually get at the end of launchpad?
24 listed deliverables across research, strategy and outputs - including your ICP definition, value proposition, brand voice document, 12 messaging frameworks, a competitor positioning map, channel priority matrix, content pillars and a week-by-week 30/60/90-day execution roadmap. It's all delivered as a strategy presentation deck plus a living Notion strategy workspace.
How long does launchpad take?
Six weeks from start to finish, running through our eight-stage process - discovery, insight, positioning, audit, planning, direction, output and accountability. You'll also get a 30-day check-in call and a 90-day strategy review after delivery.
Is launchpad a one-off cost or ongoing?
It's a one-off payment of £4,500 + VAT. There's no ongoing commitment. Most agencies use it as the starting point before moving into ignition, liftoff, mission control or b&h+.
What's the £1,500 credit?
Launchpad is the on-ramp, not a dead end. Continue into an ongoing programme - liftoff, mission control or b&h+ - within 30 days of delivery and we credit £1,500 of your launchpad fee across the term. The credit applies to our fees only, not third-party costs like ad spend, production or software. One credit per agency, and it can't be combined with other discounts.
What if I already have some marketing activity running?
Stage four of the process is a full audit of what's already there - your brand, your tech stack and your analytics setup. In most cases it either validates what's working and sharpens it, or identifies where activity is going to waste and redirects your focus.
