Bristow and Hardy was started by two certified recruitment professionals (CertRP) with a vision to deliver a 'Premium Marketing service to the Recruitment industry'.

Recruitment marketing is different from simply marketing a product or service. The industry requires two streams of marketing, one for gaining new clients and the other for attracting high quality candidates.
