The services we offer our clients include Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Search Engine Optimisation, Pay-Per-Click, Video Production, Email Marketing, Marketing Materials and more. Through offering such services to our client base, we are able to assist Recruiters with candidate attraction, client attraction, internal recruitment and more.

Established in 2018, Bristow & Hardy have grown to a team of 9, across two main departments – Servicing & Business Development. 

Our Business Development team is responsible for ensuring new partnerships are made with recruitment companies, understanding our client’s requirement and confirming budgets. Our Servicing team are responsible for ensuring that the service runs smoothly to the highest possible standard, whilst ensuring high-level retention rates across the business.

About the position:

As a Content Marketing Assistant, you will be joining the servicing side of Bristow & Hardy, working closely with our marketing team as we continue to grow as a business. Reporting to Helena Andrews (Content Marketing Executive) and Sam Hardy (Director).

You will support the delivery of effective marketing and communication campaigns for Bristow & Hardy’s client base, whilst building your skills within this fast-growing Recruitment Marketing agency.

The successful candidate must be a self-starting team player who is confident working within a small business environment and able to work without close supervision. They must be exceptionally creative, with strong written and English skills and be able to demonstrate excellent experience in design, creative writing and thinking. Your campaigns will assist our clients in finding new candidates, new clients, improving staff retention and improving our client’s digital marketing approach in general. 

At Bristow & Hardy you will become apart of our growing team where you will have the ability to learn and grow your skill set whilst also being introduced to variety of different business within the UK Employment Sector. As a result of this, you may be expected to attend meetings both internally and externally where you may have to discuss digital marketing to our clients. However, until you feel comfortable in doing so on your own, you will be joined by a member of the Bristow & Hardy team.

Skillset & competencies:

Unless otherwise specified, the below are desired, but not essential. 

  • Strong written English skills (essential)
  • Eye for detail & design / creative flare (essential)
  • Graphic design experience
  • Exposure to Photoshop
  • Exposure to Canva 
  • Experience with Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Exposure to WordPress
  • Exposure to MailChimp
  • Strong time-keeping skills, with the ability to hit deadlines
  • Agile style of working with the ability to switch between tasks
