(£14,000 pa after 6 months, £18,000 pa upon completion)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 9am – 5pm (1 hour lunch)

Through offering such services to our client base, we are able to assist recruiters with candidate attraction, client attraction, internal recruitment and more.
Established in 2018, Bristow & Hardy has grown to a team of 8 across two main departments – Servicing & Business Development.
Our Business Development Team is responsible for ensuring new partnerships are made with recruitment companies, understanding our clients’ requirements, and confirming budgets. Our Servicing Team is responsible for ensuring that the service runs smoothly to the highest possible standard, whilst ensuring high-level retention rates are met across the business.

About the position:
As Office Administrator you, will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day running of the company. Working closely with Directors, Management, Business Development and Servicing, you will gain the opportunity of working across all areas of Bristow & Hardy, including marketing & reporting, finance, administration, supplier and client liaison, business development and more.
Due to the variety of the role, following the completion of your apprenticeship, you will have the opportunity to determine which path you wish your career to take, whether it remain as Office Administration, or a transition into Marketing or Business Development.
At Bristow & Hardy, you will become a part of our growing team where you will have the ability to learn and grow your skill set, whilst also being introduced to a variety of different businesses and stakeholders, both internally and within the UK Employment Sector.
Skill set & responsibilities:
We are looking for a driven individual who has an interest in expending their knowledge and is looking to start their career in a fast-growing company. Due to the variety of responsibilities, the Office Administrator role would be best suited to someone with strong English, maths and IT skills (Microsoft Office). As a result, we are not looking for years of experience, what we are looking for is the right personality fit!
Day-to-day responsibilities can differ, however will surround the following:
- Invoicing, accounts & payroll
- Supporting with quotes & proposals
- Supporting business development and clients with lead generation
- Day-to-day office management
- Regular communication with internal staff, suppliers and clients
- Client onboarding
- Supporting Directors & Management
- Marketing support and reporting
- Answering the office phone/telecommunication
