Through offering such services to our client base, we are able to assist Recruiters with candidate attraction, client attraction, internal recruitment and more.

Established in 2018, Bristow & Hardy have grown to two main departments – Servicing & Business Development.

Our Business Development team is responsible for ensuring new partnerships are made with recruitment companies, understanding our client’s requirement and confirming budgets. Our Servicing team are responsible for ensuring that the service runs smoothly to the highest possible standard, whilst ensuring high-level retention rates across the business.

About the position:

As a Business Development Consultant, you will be joining the Business Development side of Bristow & Hardy as we continue to grow as a business. Reporting to George Bristow (Director), you will assist in the onboarding of new clients and development of existing accounts.

Through supporting our Business Development team, you will be involved in the whole Sales cycle of the business. During your first year of employment, you will be given the opportunity to build a contact base across the Employment sector where you will be given the opportunity to identify new business leads, convert business leads into an active contract, budget negotiation and extensions and managing client expectations.

At Bristow & Hardy you will become apart of our growing team where you will have the ability to learn and grow your skill set whilst also being introduced to variety of different business within the UK Employment Sector. As a result of this, you will be expected to attend meetings both internally and externally where you will have to discuss digital marketing to our clients.

However, until you feel comfortable in doing so on your own, you will be joined by a member of the Bristow & Hardy team.
